If you are seeking Cognitive Analytic Therapy for yourself or someone you care for, this is offered in many NHS services.  However if you are  interested in finding a private CAT therapist, some of our accredited members offer CAT therapy and other services privately.

ACAT recommends that if you are seeking a private CAT therapist, that you choose an accredited ACAT member. 

Please note, ACAT is unable to oversee and regulate practice of non-members claiming to offer cognitive analytic therapy.  Nor can we guarantee that a therapist is accredited in CAT unless they are a current member.
