Following on from ACAT's 2025 Organisational Review, we are now recruiting to a new Chief Executive Officer CEO) role. This is a permanent, part time role requiring a commitment of 14 hours per week. The closing date for applications is Wednesday 11th February.
We are seeking a leader with a hands-on approach. You will lead our small team of administrative staff,and support our Board of Trustees and members, managing the day-to-day operations of the organisation. In this role you will help shape and implement ACAT's strategy for the future, translating this into practice to help the organisation grow and deliver real value to our members. Flexible working arrangements apply, with both home working and some team-based hours each month at our office in Dorchester, Dorset. From time to time you will attend meetings and events in person within the UK.
