We hope you will enjoy exploring this new ACAT website. As part of the initial launch we are seeking news articles which will help illustrate how ACAT groups and members might consider using the 'News' section here. One free resource we spotted while touring around the various CAT resources online was a page about videos on the website for the International Association for Cognitive Analytic Therapy (ICATA).
So with ICATA's consent, this is a pointer to some videos which are free to view, on:
- Using CAT to talk about eating disorders
- Working with a young person and family
- Making and working with a map
- A relational approach to substance use problems, and
- Mental states and Self states
