This online, on-demand introductory course to CAT offers Health and Social Care professionals a flexible and accessible way to learn the foundations of Cognitive Analytic Therapy to add to your practice and prepare you for further training in CAT.
With 90 days’ access, you can move through the modular course at your own pace, pausing, rewinding and revisiting ideas as your thinking develops. You’ll receive a recognised certificate of completion, with ongoing support through optional monthly live Q&A sessions and a dedicated course email.
Tutors:
The course is taught by Dawn Bagwell-Cox and Hayden Stothard, both qualified CAT Psychotherapists, clinical supervisors and trainers.
