Letter from the Editors (Issue 33)

Elia, I., Jenaway, A., 2009. Letter from the Editors. Reformulation, Winter, p.3.

At last we have completed our final issue. We have several articles and letters about HPC regulation and also about the move to join the cognitive psychotherapy college of UKCP, as well as remaining in HIPS. Things are changing so fast in the wider psychotherapy landscape that it is hard to keep up at the moment, a letter from Mark Westacott summarises the position as it stands but watch this space…

We also have some research summaries from trainees on the IRRAPT course, and some clinical articles. There is a service user feel to some of the research projects and the articles in this issue and we are particularly pleased to have our first article from a service user to be published in Reformulation. We would like this to become a regular feature so please do encourage any of your more literary, or artistic, ex-clients to send in contributions. It would also be great to have articles written jointly by a therapist and their client, capturing both points of view.

We are sad to be leaving our roles as editors, but Jason Hepple has kindly agreed to edit the next issue, and Julie Lloyd has volunteered to help him and do the following issue so we are confident that we are leaving Reformulation in capable hands. Please send any articles for Jason or Julie to Susan van Baars, the ACAT administrator. We also have the capable hands of Jon Sloper to thank for this issue, yet again.

Do support the new editors by sending in articles of interest, audits, research work and any responses to this issue.
